Hi, I’m Holly - certified coach, Breathworks mindfulness facilitator, founder of Zestful Zen Wellbeing + Coaching, and author of the Zestful Zen Substack newsletter.
I launched my Substack in July 2024. I write about wellbeing, self-care, personal growth, mindfulness, creativity and purpose.
My mission is helping you to lead a more mindful, meaningful life, full of zest and energy, complemented by a calm, zen mind. 💖✨
When I’m not writing, coaching or teaching, you’ll often find me walking in the woods, at Zumba class, or chilling with my 3 crazy Indonesian street kitties.
