Holly Bailie is a certified coach, Breathworks mindfulness facilitator, and the author of the Zestful Zen newsletter published on Substack.
Her 20+ years international career has spanned the public and private sectors, from education to entrepreneurship, in 7 countries.
She is the founder of Zestful Zen Wellbeing + Coaching, which provides coaching and mindfulness services to individual and corporate clients.
She loves leading workshops and currently splits her time between Belgium and the UK, along with her three crazy Indonesian street cats.
