Hi! I’m Holly, a certified coach, Breathworks mindfulness facilitator, and generally curious human.

My mission is helping you to lead a life full of zest, zen, and purpose. 💖✨

Alongside mindfulness and personal development, I love nature, travel, Zumba, learning new things and eating scrumptious food.

I’m currently based in London, but I’ve lived and worked in seven countries, and I’m cat-mum to three crazy Indonesian street kitties.
