Hi! Iâm Holly, a certified coach, Breathworks mindfulness facilitator, and generally curious human.
My mission is helping you to lead a life full of zest, zen, and purpose. đâ¨
Alongside mindfulness and personal development, I love nature, travel, Zumba, learning new things and eating scrumptious food.
Iâm currently based in London, but Iâve lived and worked in seven countries, and Iâm cat-mum to three crazy Indonesian street kitties.
