Now that I am thinking more on this - something I am actively trying to do is eat more meat. It wasn't really a 'rule' I had to not eat it, but I really prefer vegetarian (mostly) over meat. But I am trying to expand my horizons and get in some more protein and nutrients through grass fed (organic if possible) meat. Chomps grass fed beef sticks are now always in my cupboard. I am enjoying some chicken once and awhile, and I do love salmon (not meat, but healthy).
That’s interesting, you tend to find more people trying to get themselves to cut back on meat 😁 I was veggie for a number of years but now eat meat or poultry sometimes and have quite a lot of fish and seafood. I love salmon too!
Technically a day late, but I can now add to my list “getting yelled at by a soldier on horseback for breaking through a group of tourists watching a military parade in order to try and get to my office…!” He was NOT happy!! 😆

My minor rebellion against the rules tonight was having ice cream right before dinner! I may need to be more imaginative the rest of the week 😉

I think my body just needed a lil' bit of meat. Sounds like we're alike --- we eat it... sometimes.
Yeah, I don’t really know how to cook meat so more of an eating-out dish for me! 😆 Fish is much easier 😅
