Thank you so much Holly for this post, it was refreshing to read / something I truly needed

I work a long hectic day job and the most essential ingredient I am always short of is sleep, I try to be very mindful of my rest time and treat my body with kindness by getting the quality sleep it needs.

I have to be more kind with myself...slowly working on that

Thanks Lisa! The massage turned out to be a fairly intense sports massage so not relaxing exactly, but so beneficial that I've booked a 6 month course of them!! I think I'll go back to York again in spring/summer with a friend too as I enjoyed it so much and there's lots I didn't have time to see.
