Hi there!

If you read my January personal essays, you’ll know that I’m not a fan of New Year’s resolutions. I don’t feel like the depths of winter is the right time for me to embark on self-improvement projects.

But as we continue easing slowly into 2025, there are opportunities to reflect on the past, be mindful of the present, and think about the future:

  • Deciding how you want to feel, choosing guiding words for the year ahead, and considering what you want to invite into your life.

  • It can also be helpful to look at the (im)balance across different aspects of your life, such as health, relationships and work, when deciding what to prioritise.

The Balance Wheel Workbook

Screenshot of a workbook cover: 3 Surprisingly Simple Steps Towards A Balanced Life

Maybe you have a niggling sense that something isn’t quite right, but in the busyness of daily life, you just can’t put your finger on it.

That’s where this month’s member bonus comes in. In three simple steps, this self-coaching workbook will help you identify:

  • Where things are “out of whack”

  • Where you want to get to, and

  • The first steps to take in your journey to a more balanced life.

You can also dive deeper into specific areas, like career or personal growth priorities.

I’m here in your corner 📣

I’ve used this tool myself several times, and find it useful as a reflective check-in every 3-6 months or so.

I use it to reevaluate the balance across different aspects of my life. This sometimes shifts with the seasons, ends up out of whack due to work pressures, or alters when I hit major transitions and my priorities change.

I hope you’ll find this workbook a helpful self-coaching resource for your wellbeing and personal growth.
