Hello lovely! Welcome back to Monday Magic, a bitesized reflective prompt to help you start your week with intention.🌟
Welcome also to a new month, as Joyful June is upon us today.
I can feel the pull of summer, and the heat we’ve had lately in London makes me feel like I should be on holiday sunning myself with a cocktail!
How about you? What’s calling you at the moment?
A quick apology: Keen readers may have noticed that I skipped sending a prompt last Monday (a bank holiday in the UK). I’d been sick with a cold for days so didn’t get it scheduled and spent most of Monday rejuvenating in the sun, picnicking with a friend. We all need breaks. 💕
If you had a long weekend too, I hope you enjoyed it!

Your Monday Magic prompt
This week’s prompt:
What would bring me comfort this week?
Being under the weather last week, coupled with the heatwave, I’ve been craving quiet time and cuddles for comfort: loafing on the sofa with my boyfriend and my cats, and more passive activities like reading, journaling and meditation.
Although it’s hot, I feel drawn to the cosiness of hygge (with my fan on!) and lazy mornings in my PJs. All very restful and comforting.
I’d love to hear any reflections you have on this prompt. 💬
Wishing you a wonderful week ahead,

I'm glad to hear you're feeling better.
I think a few more 'unproductive' pauses would bring me comfort this week. Just a few minutes to sit and be, at different times, throughout the day.
I'm going to look for and enjoy more of those.
