🌟 Hello lovely! Welcome back to Monday Magic, a bitesized reflective prompt to help you start your week with intention.🌟
I hope you’ve had a glorious weekend of sunshine like we were blessed with in London.
I spent much of last week working from a picnic blanket in the park. Not the best for my posture, but I couldn’t resist soaking up the rays while I typed.
How are you making the most of the season, where you are?
And if you’re in the UK, happy May Bank Holiday! What have you got planned for your day off?

Your Monday Magic prompt
This week’s prompt:
Where do I need more balance in my life?
Right now, I’d say I need to find a better balance between business, creativity and rest.
That might sound funny coming from someone who recently returned from a 5-week sabbatical in South America. But I was backpacking with early starts and loooong bus rides. Travel was interesting, educational and inspiring to be sure, but not really restful!
Now that I’m back home, I’m feeling some (self-imposed) pressure to pick up the pace on my business, whilst also wanting more space to explore my creative voice. So, rest has been taking a back seat. Time to return my rest practices to my daily routine.
I’d love to hear any reflections you have on this prompt. 💬
Wishing you a wonderful week ahead,

Hmmm good question. I think I need to find balance between the to-do’s and finding activities that really fill me up, rather than just distract me.
