This week’s prompt:
What ways can I rest my body, mind and soul?
Well, if all goes to plan, I expect to be seeing some stunning scenery this week, hiking in a canyon and soaking in hot springs. So that seems a pretty good recipe for rejuvenation.
But I’m also hoping to continue my self-discovery journey while away, with down time for meditation, journalling, reading and introspection, to feed my soul as well. Let’s see!
