When I was writing all my Monday Magic prompts way back last year, I had to pick this one for Valentine’s week. While you’re busy thinking about how to show your love for others, don’t forget that you deserve love too!

I’ll be allowing myself time for creativity, just for the joy of it, without any output expected.
I’ll also listen to my body and respond: resting when (or before) I need to, eating delicious, healthy food instead of junk, and getting out into the nature that sustains me.
And I think I’ll treat myself to a fun outing somewhere. Destination TBC!
