🌟 Hello lovely! Welcome back to Monday Magic, a bitesized reflective prompt to help you start your week with intention.🌟
I hope that you found some sanctuary and softness in your weekend, wherever you were and whatever you got up to. I know it’s a particularly heavy time for many living in the US, so I’m sending you virtual hugs, love and peace.
Here in London, I had a laid-back time. Yoga and Pilates classes, meditation, a comedy date night with my boyfriend and some beautiful creative visioning with Claire Venus ✨ to wrap it up. Altogether a joyful and restorative couple of days.

Your Monday Magic prompt
This week’s prompt:
What would I like more of in my life?
For me, the big thing is freedom. Freedom to live how I choose, to work on what I want, to spend my energy on what matters to me. I’m fortunate that having recently become self-employed, a lot of this is within my gift.
With the freedom of being my own boss, comes the flexibility to make space for the things I want more of:
Mindfulness, nature, daily woodland walks, quality time with friends and loved ones. Wandering, exploring, creativity, art, culture, beauty, joy, laughter and dancing. And fun!
I’d love to hear any reflections you have on this prompt. 💬
Wishing you a wonderful week ahead,

Thanks from Philly! Shoveling snow and trapped by ice and snow. Watching news doesn't help either with all the chaos in our world right now. I needed a little inspiration to help me get the week started on a better note. Appreciate it.
